MEDICAL HYPNOTHERAPY PRACTICE
Delivery-In person and video
How can medical hypnotherapy help?
I offer specialised medical hypnotherapy services combining my psychological and healthcare expertise.
I specialise in supporting individuals with a wide range of health concerns, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and stress.
Medical hypnotherapy is recognised as a complementary therapy that can enhance traditional medications and anaesthesia, supporting immunity, recovery, and healing.
It can complement medical, dental, surgical, and mental health care, effectively supporting various conditions.
Some issues may involve 4-6 sessions, others may need longer term support. I provide personalised hypnotherapy recordings for you to listen to between sessions to support helpful change.
If you are experiencing healthcare and wellbeing challenges, I provide comprehensive support for mental, emotional, and physical well-being through hypnotherapeutic counselling.
Sessions and programmes
As examples in my practice, I offer structured programmes to strongly support;
Health anxiety
Pain management
Immune system functioning and support
Preparation and recovery from medical processes and procedures such as cancer and dental treatments.
Preparation for, during and after childbirth.
The effects of traumatic experiences in life ,including health related trauma, loss and health anxiety.
If you are considering this service, I advise booking an initial assessment session with me to determine its suitability.
It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional before pursuing any complementary therapy for pain, as it should be addressed through a combination of conventional medical care and additional support.
Please do contact me if you have any questions about medical hypnotherapy and how it may support you.
Best wishes,
Sophia
